Elections at the 2026 DGHNO General Meeting may only be conducted at the conference venue during the election period specified below and in electronic form using voting software. This requires a personal mobile device (e.g. smartphone or tablet) with an internet connection (free Wi-Fi is available for conference participants). Alternatively, suitable voting technology will be provided at the election office.
Eligibility to vote will be granted to members of the DGHNO-KHC in the course of congress registration; the voting codes will be sent to the e-mail address provided during registration on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. Members who register from Wednesday, May 13, 2026, please contact the office counter in the entrance foyer to receive a voting code.
