Conventus does not work with any external company in relation to your travel planning or conference registration and distances oneself from such e-mails.
Conventus has taken the highest possible precautions regard to data protection and the handling of personal data of all congress participants.
Correspond only directly with the hotels you have found on the conference website or in person. If hotel bookings are made via Conventus, correspondence will always take place via e-mail addresses ending in @conventus.de.

Think before you click or reply! Always be wary of emails, links and attachments from unknown or suspicious sources.
A reputable company should be identifiable by a detailed business email signature and should contact you personally (mention of the full name).

Report fraudulent emails to your email provider. If necessary, contact the consumer advice centre and/or the police.
