Conventus does not work with any external company in relation to your travel planning, conference registration or similar. Correspond only with the hotels directly or with us if your hotel booking is made through Conventus.
Think before you click or reply!
Always be wary of emails, links and attachments from unknown or suspicious sources. A reputable company should be identifiable by a detailed business email signature and should contact you personally (mention of the full name).
Report fraudulent emails to your email provider. If necessary, contact the consumer advice centre and/or the police.
