Visual Abstract - Sums it up graphically! Attracts attention! Enhances the session!
With just one presentation slide as a graphic overview, the essential content of an abstract or research paper is summarized in a condensed form. All Visual Abstracts are presented onsite at the terminals for self-study and partial in the "Graphical Glimpse" sessions in a short lecture.
Upload Center
Visual abstracts must be submitted via Upload Center by 10 February 2025 at the latest. Authors will receive the access data in a separate email on 27 January 2025. Presentations that are not submitted by 10 February 2025 will not be included in the congress programme.
Step-by-step instructions for uploading your Graphical Glimpse/ Visual Abstract:
- Click on Log-In
- Don't have a Conventus account yet? → Create a new account with your e-mail address and a password of your choice.
- Register → If you already have an account for the upload centre, it is not necessary to create a new one.
- Log in to the upload centre with the access data you have just created.
- Verify yourself for the 96th Annual Meeting of the ENT with your personal verification code that you received by e-mail. Please verify yourself only once with your code for the event after successfully creating an Conventus account.
- Upload your displayed contribution(s) under ‘Submit presentations’.
- Confirm at the end by clicking on the ‘Submit presentation’ button.
Note: Videos and audio recordings can be submitted as additional ‘attachments’ as mp3 or mp4 files.

Technical information
Please note the following technical requirements when creating your presentation:
- File type: PDF
- Format: Landscape format 16:9
- Max. 1 slide (animations, sound and links are not permitted or cannot be accessed by the reader on the terminal)
- Please ensure that texts, diagrams, illustrations etc. are large enough! The slide will be shown on site via terminals that have a zoom and are equipped with displays up to 65 inches
- Optional: 2 short video sequences (max. 10 seconds each) can be included in addition to the slide via a separate button on the terminal for the reader (authors can obtain information on the technical guidelines in the Upload Center)
